The koru is the Māori name given to the new unfurling fern frond and symbolizes
new life, growth, strength and peace.

Karate Tournament
Daniel competed in his first karate tournament this Saturday at the expo center. He didn't place in the top 3 as he had hoped, but he did a great job in his event.
